Affordable Quince and Sweet 16 Jewelry

Being able to have affordable jewelry for a daughter going through her first and only sweet sixteen for most may seem like it’s impossible. Of course, it’s not, but it is very difficult to find affordable, beautiful jewelry. Well, let me give you some tips to finding great jewelry for a great price!
Normally, at any Sweet Sixteen, or Quince that I’ve been to the birthday girl has a small party of close friends that are always around her. Most of the time this Party is mainly of girls and their dates, though the dates don’t sit with them at the head of the party. So, what is a special thing that you could get these young ladies that are such dear friends? Well, why not something along the lines of un-matching friendship necklaces. They of course could be personalized with their first initial and possibly even their favorite color or their birth month gem.
Now, if they already have picked out necklaces or your daughter doesn’t want them to have matching necklaces there are plenty of other things to get them. Friendship bracelets are a way to go with multiple colored crystals and once again, personalized circle pendants. If that’s still not what you had in mind, why not offer a party purse to the girls instead?

While girls are very hard to pick things out for, they also enjoy having memories from these events. I know that I treasure all the gifts I’ve gotten from parties I’ve went to and when I look at it, even if it’s a simple candle, I remember everything about the night when I received it. That’s what this is really about, giving a memorable keepsake to the girls in the party that are your daughters side.

Something that is elegant and simple is an engravable silver cuff bracelet. This is perfect since you will be able to actually get full names and/or words engraved on the top of it so they can wear it as a more elegant I.D. bracelet or just something that says the date of the party. So many ideas for young ladies to have that sometimes it just seems like an endless task. All these little gifts mentioned are beautiful quality with a painless price tag!

According to the Pantone Color Institute – “Palace Blue” is THE hot color of the Spring Season. So for all of you ladies who still haven’t decided on a color theme for this year’s prom – you may want to take the advice of the experts and check out shades of blue! Picking out the perfect blue can be difficult. If you go too far to the pastel side, you risk looking like a cheesy bridesmaid circa 1980 and if you go too far on the dark blue side, it may not photograph well, or may look more like a shade of black or dark purple. When you’re bold enough to wear the color blue, you want everyone to know it ! So we’ve scoured some of our favorite designers to find the perfect blue prom dresses just for you! The designer prom gowns featured here are from Tony Bowls, Jovani, and Sherri Hill – three of our FAVORITE designers of formal, prom, and quince gowns!
