This strapless cobalt blue gown by JS Boutique is perfect for prom 2010 or any formal event and special occassion. Featuring a straight strapless top, the bodice is ruched to the empire waist. The waist is accented by a thick silver embellished band. The skirt is gathered below the waist but flows gently to floor length becoming less gathered as it falls.
