According to the Pantone Color Institute – “Palace Blue” is THE hot color of the Spring Season. So for all of you ladies who still haven’t decided on a color theme for this year’s prom – you may want to take the advice of the experts and check out shades of blue! Picking out the perfect blue can be difficult. If you go too far to the pastel side, you risk looking like a cheesy bridesmaid circa 1980 and if you go too far on the dark blue side, it may not photograph well, or may look more like a shade of black or dark purple.  When you’re bold enough to wear the color blue, you want everyone to know it !
